After
receiving many requests from customers that liked the build-up of my Roy G. Swan Wagon Company, I decided to make this
building available in a little different form, without the stone building, and market it under the name of Mr. Mann's Machine
Shop.
The structure, as I have it set up, covers a 12 x 12
inch foot print. The building and docks are constructed on stone block and pier foundations. The machine shop
can be located on a rail siding or as part of a street scene. Everything you see in the photos, with the exception
of the figures and landscaping, comes with the build-up. You will have the option of leaving the building weathered
and aged, as I have it, or paint it with your desired color.
The water tower and the wooden fence can be located with
the machine shop or moved to a different location on your layout.
