The Ritchey's Dairy was built for a client to represent
an old dairy in his home town. The building colors are the same as the dairy appears today.
The foundation was constructed using real stones
that were laid up, one at a time. Next the morter lines were grouted in, much like you would on any tile floor
or wall. The conveyor, on the loading dock, transfers the delivered milk cans into the building where the milk is processed
into various dairy products. The blocks of ice, sitting on the pallets, are waiting to be stocked in the ice house at
the rear of the building.
The foot print for the dairy is 12 x 12 inches.
